Tamara M. Gilmore, Esq. is a Collaborative Divorce Attorney and Mediator with over 27 years experience in all areas of matrimonial and family law.  She understands that how a couple elects to resolve their issues will have a lasting impact on the entire family.  This is why she is a strong advocate for alternate dispute resolution processes, such as Collaborative Practice and Mediation, for most families contemplating separation or divorce.  Tammy has extensive experience in Collaborative Practice and is an active member of CNY Collaborative Family Law Professionals, Inc., previously serving as President on the Board of Directors, as well as a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. Tammy is a Mediator Member of New York State Council on Divorce Mediation and Academy of Professional Family Mediators.

Tammy graduated from State University of New York, Geneseo in 1990 and received her Juris Doctorate Degree from Syracuse University College of Law in 1995.  She is a member of the Onondaga County, New York State and American Bar Associations, and has lectured frequently for the New York State Bar Association on matrimonial practice.  Tammy is AV rated, the highest rating, by Martindale- Hubbell's Peer Review Rating System.* 

Carole I. Suarez is a legal assistant and an integral part of the day-to-day operations of Gilmore Law Offices PLLC.  She brings with her over 30 years of knowledge and legal experience in the areas of matrimonial and family law, real estate transactions and litigation, working directly with Tammy for over 25 years.  When Tammy opened her own practice in February 2011, Carole eagerly joined the venture.  Carole works closely with Tammy on most files, readily available to assist and communicate with clients, court personnel and other attorneys in a professional and easy manner.
