Tamara M. Gilmore, Esq. provides quality legal representation, sound advice and strong support to help her clients best meet their changing family needs. Tammy, formerly a partner in the law firm of Sargent & Gilmore, LLP, opened her own office in February 2011 to devote her entire practice to the areas of Collaborative Practice, Matrimonial and Family Law. Tammy has over 21 years experience in the negotiation and litigation of separation, divorce, custody, support and other family law matters in Supreme and Family Courts. In addition, Tammy has extensive experience in Collaborative Practice and is an active member of CNY Collaborative Family Law Professionals, Inc., previously serving as President on the Board of Directors, as well as a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. Tammy graduated from State University of New York, Geneseo in 1990 and received her Juris Doctorate Degree from Syracuse University College of Law in 1995. She is a member of the Onondaga County, New York State and American Bar Associations, and has lectured frequently for the New York State Bar Association on matrimonial practice. Tammy is AV rated, the highest rating, by Martindale- Hubbell's Peer Review Rating System.*

Carole I. Suarez is a legal assistant and an integral part of the day-to-day operations of Gilmore Law Offices PLLC. She brings with her over 25 years of knowledge and legal experience in the areas of matrimonial and family law, real estate transactions and litigation, working directly with Tammy for over 18 years. When Tammy opened her own practice in February 2011, Carole eagerly joined the venture. Carole works closely with Tammy on most files, readily available to assist and communicate with clients, court personnel and other attorneys in a professional and easy manner.
